The following issues* will be discussed and voted on (if necessary)

  1. ABRA Liquor License 9841 (Class C) – Ilija’s Gourmet Shoppe, 5441 MacArthur Boulevard.   Wishes to sell and serve liquor from 11 AM –2Am – Sundays through Thursdays and 11AM through 3 AM Fridays and Saturdays.
     

  2. ABRA Liquor License 50251 (Class C) Hisao Kotobuki, 4822 MacArthur Boulevard. New restaurant. Houses Sunday 5-PM-1 AM; Tuesday through Saturday 5PM through 1 AM (Closed Monday)
     

  3. Public hearing with residents’ comments and proposals sought on aircraft noise followed by commission consideration of letter to FAA and MWAA on aircraft noise..
     

  4. BZA #17054 – consideration of an appeal filed by neighbors of a building permit issued for 3101 Chain Bridge Road
     

  5. Presentation of a proposal that three parking places on Northeast corner of Dana Place, previously a loading zone for Listrani's, be zoned for two-hour residential parking.
     

  6. BZA 17040 - Application of William C. Miller, pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3103.2, for a variance from the accessory structure height limitation (15 feet) under subsection 2500.4, to allow an existing detached garage serving a single family dwelling in the WHOD/R-1-B District at premises 4417 Garfield Street, NW (Square 1614, Lot 59).
