1.ABRA # 11900 – Class CR – Liquor License Renewal for Chef Geoff’s
Restaurant, 3201 New Mexico Avenue, NW.
2. ABRA # 549 – Class DR – Liquor License Renewal for Listrani’s Italian
Gourmet, 5100 MacArthur Boulevard, NW.
3. "Request of A. and S. Rothrock, owners, 4723 Upton Street NW, to the
DDOT Public Space Committee to continue to utilize the 'paper' alley
along side their home for parking.”
4. BZA 17193-Application for a variance from the rear yard requirement
to construct a single family detached dwelling at MacArthur/Lavarock.
5. Request of owner to install new driveway cut – at 2502 Chain Bridge
Road.
6. BZA #17201- 1523 Elliot Place NW – owners seeks a special exception
from maximum lot occupancy and minimum side yard setback to construct a
rear addition to an existing non-conforming SFH (rowhouse).
