BZA17169- Karen Epstein – 4470 Dexter Street NW. Application for special exception to allow a one-car garage addition to an existing single family detached dwelling, not meeting side yard requirements in R-!-A District.

BZA # 17159- Mr. and Mrs. Michael Ryan – 5104 Sherier Place. Application for special exception to build an addition to their home. The home is semi-detached with a party wall at 5102 Sherier and does not meet the side yard requirements in R-1-B District. The Ryans came before the Commission in April, but have since found they need an additional three feet.

BZA 17164 - St. Patrick's Middle School – 4925 MacArthur Boulevard. to request a special exception under section 206 of the Zoning Code for modification of approved private school plans to allow the use of a portion of the basement for classroom purposes. - Katherine Bradley
