Announcement of results of ANC3D election of Commissioners

1. BZA 17245 – Application of Geoff and Sharon Kuck – 5144 Cathedral avenue NW.
Wish to demolish their present nonconforming single family house and construct a new single family house. This will require an area variance from BZA for the size of the existing lot being below the 5000 sf minimum for the 25 foot rear yard requirement and the percent of lot covered.

2. Consideration of DDOT Public Space Applications:

* To occupy public space for the purpose of installing New Driveway at premise 4918-4930 Sherier Place, NW – Kent Homes;
* To occupy public space for the purpose of installing New Driveway at premise 4952 Eskridge Terrace, NW – Manuel Munoz-Carrasco;
* To pave a portion of Public Sidewalk with special cobblestone paving at premise 2235 and 2243 49th Street, NW – Scott Fassback and Al Turkus (work already complete).

3. Discussion of proposed BZA application of Morton Bender to request a special exception under Section 2516 of the Zoning Code to allow thirteen detached single family dwellings on a single subdivided lot, including approval of a sixteen foot roadway under section 2516.6 (d) rather than a twenty-five foot roadway under section 2526.6 (b) in Chain Bridge/University Terrace Tree and Slope area on Chain Bridge Road.

4. WMATA discussion regarding a proposed add-on to route of N8 bus through Spring Valley.

5. Revision of Bylaws:  Second reading of motion to remove Article II, Section 5. Reports.  Sections 6 and 7 of Article II will be renumbered and placed in correct sequence within Article II.

6. City Council's Committee on Public Works and the Environment hearings on November 17:
     
  a)   THE WASHINGTON AQUEDUCT'S PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF SOLIDS FROM ITS WATER TREATMENT PROCESS 
       b)  THE U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS' CLEANUP OF WORLD WAR I MUNITIONS IN THE SPRING VALLEY AREA
