 7:30:  Marine Corps Marathon, scheduled for October 26^th. Discuss course, road closures and general event information.  Tami Faram, Brett Schmidt and Meghan McGarvey.

7:40:  Zoning C8ase# 08-21 – Application for consolidated review and approval of a planned unit development (PUD) and zoning map amendment at 4460 MacArthur Blvd. The property to be redeveloped is the site of Riverside Hospital.  The Applicant (The Athena Group) is proposing to maintain the area of the original PUD R-5-A Zone and to further extend it to the south to include property currently located in the R-1-B Zone, and to build approximately 37 three and four story townhouses on the 120,994 square foot plot. 8:20:  BZA# 17838 – 4810 Upton Street NW.  This property has an existing non-conforming open court abutting the alley next to the property.  The owners are seeking a special exception to Section 406 in order to build a 2^nd story addition that would create a non-conforming court niche in this existing non conforming court.
