  • BZA Case:  Retaining wall at 3036 New Mexico Avenue (Commissioner Elkins)

  • Discussion and possible action to request that the BZA delay its hearing regarding the development of old Safeway site.

  • Proposed letter re improving 911 operators' ability to locate callers.

  • Proposed Letter to the Zoning Commission regarding the suspension of certain provisions of all of the city’s campus plans (Commissioner Elkins)

COMMISSION BUSINESS

  • Amendment of the ANC Bylaws to allow the appointment of delegates

  • Appointment of a delegate for American University students between now and December 31st when these students will not be represented by an ANC Commissioner because of Commissioner Taylor’s required resignation because she is not living on the campus.

  • Authorization of payment to the transcribing contractor for a transcript of the recent CLC meeting re AU Campus Plan (Commissioner Elkins)

  • Approval of July minutes (Commissioner Del Moral)

  • Treasurer’s Report (Commissioner Kravitz)
