In September, 2019, ANC3D entered into an agreement with American University's School of Public Affairs (SPA) for ANC3D to serve as a client for the school's graduate students as they carry out a group "Practicum" investigating an identified problem.

To date, SPA graduate students have carried out the following projects for ANC3D.  Other projects are planned for the future.
