ANC 3D Archive
2009-2016
ANC3D documents from 2009 through 2016 are located in an archive offsite and can be accessed via this page. Newer documents are located on this site and can be found using the Search capability of this site.
As an aid, a non-searchable Table of Contents is provided here and at the beginning of the downloaded document so that you can focus your search appropriately. Questions can be directed to the Commission's Administrator at 3D@ANC.dc.gov.
Detailed Instructions
There are three different approaches for searching for and accessing archived documents. Before choosing which of these to use, you should first choose which category of documents you wish to search (e.g. “Agendas”, “Minutes”, etc.). If you are uncertain where the document might be found, then you may choose to search the Entire Archive, located at the bottom of this page.
(1) When you know details of the document you are seeking, you may find the easiest approach is to use the Direct Access method.
(2) When you are looking for multiple documents or need help in searching for it, your best approach is to use the Download Access method. Directions for each of these approaches are given below.
(3) If you wish, you may ask the ANC3D Administrator to locate the document(s) you are seeking. Just email the Administrator at this email address.

Direct Access: By clicking on the button marked Direct Access you will be taken to a list of files from which you can choose and click on to open. You may want to start by clicking on the Table of Contents in order to give yourself some guidance as to which documents are available. However, the Table of Contents is not linked to the actual documents—that is, you cannot click on a particular item and be taken to that document. You must instead use the Direct Access button to bring up the list of actual documents. If you do not find what you are looking for, you may choose to use the Download Access method instead which provides you search capabilities.
Download Access: Where you need the ability to search for one or more documents using words that you believe may be contained in either the title or the body of the document, you will want to use the Download Access method. Click on the Download Access button and bring all of the documents down to your computer’s hard drive. Open this large PDF file that contains all of the documents using an Adobe product, such as Adobe Reader. If you do not have such a product, you may download the Adobe Reader for free here. In the Adobe product, choose “Search” and make sure that you have chosen to search the entire set of documents and not just one of them.
Recordings of Meetings: These recordings can be accessed directly from the Table of Contents page.
