American University’s New Science Building

American University is planning a new Science Building and has asked the Zoning Commission to approve this change to its Campus Plan. The University briefed ANC3D on its plans and invited questions and comments about its plans from both the ANC and neighbors. The University held two meetings in the first half of August open to the public to discuss its responses to these questions and comments. The University presented its plans for decision at ANC3D's September 6th meeting and the ANC3D voted to support the new building with certain conditions.
