Georgetown MedStar New Hospital Building

Georgetown University Medstar Hospital will be building a new hospital building over the next four years. This building will upgrade the quality of care at the Hospital considerably and will be a welcome addition to the neighborhood. During construction, there will be increased truck traffic on our neighborhood streets including Foxhall Road, MacArthur Blvd., Reservoir Road down to Canal Road, and Arizona Avenue. At the June 7th meeting of the ANC, Medstar committed to working with the ANC and the neighborhood to mitigate the adverse impacts of this increased traffic on any one community as much as possible.
